Adoption of this ordinance will ensure that the City seal and City logo are used only for purposes <br />directly related to the official business of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, or as expressly authorized by the <br />City Commission or City Manager by providing more specific permissible and prohibited uses of both <br />the official City seal and logo while protecting both from all unauthorized uses to prevent fraud, <br />deception, misunderstandings, and misrepresentations. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Ordinance <br />Item Number: 9.0 <br />
