City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />18070 Collins Avenue <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 <br />(305) 947-0606 City Hall <br />(305) 949-3113 Fax <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners <br />VIA: Stan Morris, City Manager <br />FROM: Fabricio Volpi, Public Works Director <br />DATE: May 16, 2024 <br />RE: Approval of First Amendment to the Agreement with Green Facility, Inc. for <br />Carpet and Floor Maintenance Services <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />F.IXTIVISI&P <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach is in need of a primary contractor to provide citywide floor cleaning <br />services, as more particularly described in Invitation to Bid No. 24-01-0 I. <br />Citywide floor cleaning services for City facilities which include the Government Center, including the <br />library and post office, all floors at Pelican Community Park, Gateway Park, the Spot, the Annex, the <br />Fleet Office and the Public Works Office. <br />Upon evaluation, contractor was determined to have submitted the second lowest responsible and <br />responsive bid, and upon the default of the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, contractor has <br />been selected as primary contractor. <br />Item Number: 10.8 <br />
