(Contractor) to perform repair services at Samson Oceanfront Park (SOP). Then, <br />on May 16, 2024, via Resolution No. 2024-3659, Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $6277.77 to <br />repair and repaint the entry walls at SOP (Additional Services). <br />The Contractor is now requesting reimbursement of the permitting fees related to the Additional <br />Services approved under Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $1,885.36. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Copies of the Original Agreement and Change Orders are on file with the Office of the City Clerk and <br />available upon request. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in Account No. 001-6-5720-446003-00000. <br />Item Number: 10.K <br />201 <br />
