4. Receive and assist in the interpretations and clarifications of the <br />Contract Documents, and evaluate requested deviations from the <br />approved design or specifications. In connection therewith, review, <br />prepare and process any work change directives or change orders <br />requested by the Contractor, or the City. <br />5. Attend meetings with City, Contractor and appropriate regulatory <br />agencies when requested by the City, and necessary for consultation or <br />conferences in regard to construction of the project. <br />6. Make daily inspections for compliance with plans and specifications <br />(estimated at 3 hours per day / or 15 hours per week for twenty (20) <br />weeks, and six (6) hours per week for two (2) weeks); make interim <br />inspections for substantial completion and perform a final inspection to <br />determine, in general, if the work has been completed in conformance <br />with the intent of the Contract Documents. Attend and witness <br />required testing (i.e. pressure testing of F.M., P.S. start-up, utility <br />trench backfill density testing, etc.). <br />7. Coordinate, review, and approve Contractor's construction schedule <br />(s), Schedule of Values (SOV) and pay requests. <br />8. Review as-builts provided by the Contractor. <br />9.
