Smith & Associates, Inc. <br />1425 East Newport Center Drive <br />Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 <br />Re: Sunny Isles Lift Stations <br />Electrical Engineering Services Proposal <br />Dear Orlando: <br />Smith Engineering Consultants, Inc. (SEC) is pleased to provide this proposal for the <br />above referenced project. We propose to provide the following scope of services: <br />1. Initial site visits and review of project drawings. <br />2. Request/coordinate electrical service for the sites with electric utility <br />representatives. <br />3. Electrical design, including power, control, instrumentation, and <br />SCADA/telemetry for the construction of ten (10) new, simplex lift stations. Each <br />site electrical system will include, but not be limited to, the electrical service, <br />pump control panel and level controls, RTU, conduits and wiring. The electrical <br />design will be in accordance with the Florida Building Code, the National <br />Electrical Code, and applicable local codes. Our assumption is that the <br />improvements to all ten (10) lift stations will be completed under a single project <br />by the same contractor. <br />4. Submit 90% and 100% plans and specifications. <br />5. Attend one (1) web -based plan review meeting with the project team and the City. <br />SEC will prepare contract documents suitable for bidding, permit, and construction. We <br />will assist in preparing addendums and respond to questions during the bid process. We <br />propose to furnish AutoCAD drawings using base plan drawings provided by Craig A. <br />Smith.
