Excellent at building <br />successful relationships with top level C suite executives and value my professional relationships. <br />Advanced knowledge of treasury solutions and project planning to execute on strategies to improve <br />working capital and efficiency. The Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for assisting <br />Business Development Officers with enhancing & deepening existing relationships and adding <br />value by cross selling treasury products and servicing the client base within the portfolio. <br /> <br />Duties and responsibilities include: <br />• Demonstrate ability to identify targeted company needs and the ability to offer customized <br />client solutions. <br />• Exhibit proficiency in training clients on all TCM products. <br />• Ensure proper TCM set up documentation and all required agreement execution. <br />• Take ownership and deliver timely resolution of customer issues. <br />• Develop knowledge of internal resources for accurate response to customer issues. <br />• Recommend viable solutions to improve customer service. <br />• Recommend and help develop product solutions as well as enhancing existing product set. <br />• Understand and communicate implementation timeline to align with customer <br />expectations. <br />• Ensure preventive measures are carried out to fully comply with current rules, regulations <br />and internal policies relating to risks. <br /> <br />21. List of Proposed Subcontractors/Subconsultants <br />The undersigned proposer hereby designates, as follows, all major subcontractors whom they <br />propose to utilize for the major areas of work for the project. The proposer is further notified that all <br />Subcontractors shall be properly licensed and shall be required to furnish the CITY with a <br />Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the contract general conditions. Failure to furnish this <br />information may be grounds for rejection of the proposer’s proposal. (If no subcontractors are <br />proposed, state “None” on first line below.) <br />• None <br /> <br />22. Professional References <br />The Proposer shall provide reference letters for five (5) verifiable clients with a minimum of three (3) <br />municipalities/local governments, for projects of similar scope as outlined in this RFP. Please <br />ensure the contact information provided is up to date and accessible. Failure to furnish this <br />information may be grounds for rejection of the proposal. <br />• Banking References can be found on page 38-39 of the RFP <br /> <br />Exceptions <br />List any exceptions to be taken to the scope and/or Terms and Conditions within this RFP. <br />• None
