Identify who will serve as the main contact and what other individuals are needed to <br />be part of the project such as IT resources. <br />3. Understanding each other’s terminology and ensuring that we are communicating <br />effectively is important. Using flow charts and other diagrams helps both parties to <br />validate information. <br /> <br />Identify Tasks: <br />1. Establishing a work plan with milestones for key events like file testing and training is <br />important. <br />2. Clients need to download history, templates, and other data from the outgoing <br />online banking platform. <br />3. Banking supplies need to be ordered. <br />4. An actual cut-over date should be established to help with the transition. <br /> <br />Notification: <br />1. Clients need to notify vendors and suppliers plus payroll companies of new bank <br />account information. <br />2. The bank will work with the client during this transition to relieve some fees and <br />costs associated with the migration. <br /> <br />Client Education: <br />1. The bank will conduct demonstrations of the products and services such as the <br />online platform. <br />2. The bank will assist with any installation of equipment such as the Remote Deposit <br />Scanners. <br />3. The bank will provide names and contact details for the associates that will be <br />available to help with navigating the new bank’s systems and to answer questions. <br />4. The bank will introduce other team members that will help with the relationship and <br />introduce the client to our Senior Management. <br /> <br />Submit any additional information that would assist the City in the evaluation on your <br />proposal. <br />Pricing and Fees <br />Provide a schedule of proposed services and fees including earnings credit rate and, if applicable, <br />interest rate on excess balances (amount that exceeds target minimum balance that produces a <br />monthly earnings credit sufficient to pay/offset all service fees each month). <br /> <br />The Proposer must complete ATTACHMENT A and submit it with their proposal. <br /> <br />Each firm shall submit in their price proposal and any pricing conditions or contingencies must be <br />clearly stated. <br />• Amerant Bank uses Account Analysis pricing on all governmental accounts. Amerant Bank <br />will offer a 1.00% ECR on all non-interest bearing accounts and will waive all fees for the <br />first 6 months to allow the City of Sunny Isles Beach to transition the relationship.
