How will the Proposer return validated deposit receipts to the City for night deposits? <br /> <br />In what time frame? <br /> <br />TD eTreasury provides efficient features for immediate access to account information. Through <br />our online platform, items are processed in real-time and post to your account at the time they <br />are presented. <br /> <br />Online images of deposit items and deposit tickets are available through TD eTreasury along <br />with current and prior-day balance and transaction reporting. Previous day information is <br />available by 5:00 a.m. ET. <br />8. What is the Proposer’s notification and adjustment process for counterfeit bills and fraudulent checks? <br />All verified deposits found to contain counterfeit bills will be credited for the declared value of <br />the deposit and an adjustment will be processed upon discovery. <br /> <br />9. Safekeeping Services <br /> <br />The Proposer may be required to act as custodian of the City's investment securities. For <br />safekeeping purposes, the Proposer would be required to evidence custody by providing an <br />original non-negotiable safekeeping receipt. <br />How would the City be compensated for a failed security due to the Proposer’s actions as it <br />relates to Safekeeping Services as fully detailed in the Scope of Services? <br /> <br />TD Bank has a Custody Department.
