Book, P.A. for the provision of professional legislative and <br />lobbyist services. Mr. Book has performed well with securing grant monies from State and County <br />agencies and assisting with other legislative matters. The City requests that Mr. Book continue to <br />provide legislative relations and lobbyist services. The First Amendment is for the period of August 1, <br />2024, through July 31, 2025. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />The total contract amount is the same as recent past years, $72,500.00, which is the aggregate of <br />$65,000 (compensation) and $7,500 (reimbursements). <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 001-2-5120-431001-00000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />First Amendment <br />Item Number: 10.M <br />208 <br />
