The <br />services include mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, litter and debris removal, herbicide application and <br />trimming . <br />Task Breakdown and Staff Commitment <br />1. Mowing Services <br />Description:Mowing grass to a uniform height of 4 inches +/-one-half inch, including areas <br />inaccessible to large mowers handled with small power mowers, weed eaters, grass or string <br />trimmers, or brush cutters. <br />Personnel:Mowing crews consisting of heavy-duty riding mower operators, walking mower <br />operators, and commercial-grade weed eater operators. <br />Equipment:Heavy-duty riding mowers, heavy-duty walking mowers, and commercial-grade <br />weed eaters. <br />2. Edging Services <br />Description:Removal of all weeds, sand, vegetation, debris, and plant material from edges of <br />sidewalks, paved approaches, drainage structures, and curbs without using herbicide. <br />Personnel:Edging specialists. <br />Equipment:Edging tools and equipment. <br />3. Blowing Services <br />Description:Removing grass clippings and debris from sidewalks and paved surfaces using <br />power blowers. <br />Personnel:Blowing crew. <br />Equipment:Power blowers. <br />4.
