Exceptions <br />1 <br />The official Cash Management Master Agreement and product Appendices will be provided upon <br />award of the business. <br />TD recognizes that it is City of Sunny Isles Beach right to choose a proposal, however, TD <br />reserves the right to negotiate the terms of any contracts required to provide cash management <br />services. <br />Further, TD requests that its Cash Management Master Agreement (and associated service <br />appendices), account opening documentation as well as these Conditions of Acceptance be <br />included as part of any resulting contract between City of Sunny Isles and TD (copies of which <br />are provided with the RFP response). TD is willing to consider changes to the terms of these <br />agreements to the extent reasonably and legally practicable in order to accommodate City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Proposed by: TD Bank, N.A.Page 95 <br /> <br />
