SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A.DetailedRequirements <br />1.Online AccountAccess <br />The bank shall provide a secure, web-based solution that will allow the City online accesstoall <br />Citybankaccounts.ThesystemwillenabletheCityusertocommunicate with the bank, <br />download and archive information, provide daily reporting, facilitate viewing and printing of the <br />front and back of cleared checks, deposit slips, individual deposititems,etc.,executeonlinestop <br />payments,performwiretransfers,andaccess detailed ACH information. Preferably, all activities <br />should be done on one central online website. If not, please submit a list of the different online <br />sites they use for eachservicetype(i.e.,fraudcontrol,onlinetreasury,ACHcontrol,deposits,etc.) <br />The City currently utilizes an internet-based treasury management system to view and print daily <br />balances and detailed transactions for its accounts. The City wishes to continue utilizing this type <br />of treasury management system. The treasury management system will also allow for user <br />security levels to be set up by a system administrator to access itsfeatures. <br />The bank must have the ability to provide the City with access to online balance and account <br />activity reporting with the following minimum prior day and current day information: <br />a.Closing ledgerbalance <br />b.Collectedbalance <br />c.One (1) dayfloat <br />d.Two (2) daysfloat <br />e.Totalcredits <br />f.Number ofcredits <br />g.Totaldebits <br />h.Number ofdebits <br />i.Opening ledgerbalance <br />j.Opening availablebalance <br />k.Current availablebalance <br />Individual activity amounts and descriptions to include, but not limited to, the following: <br />i.Deposits <br />ii.Wire transfers (incoming andoutgoing) <br />iii.ACH transfers (incoming andoutgoing) <br />iv.Internal Bank accounttransfers <br />v.Other bank credits andcharges <br />vi.Individual check amounts paid along with corresponding check numbers and datecleared. <br />Synovus Gateway – Online Banking <br />Synovus Gateway is designed to simplify treasury management and keep the City in control <br />of its finances.
