Payees must provide valid identification and be physically present to <br />cash checks. <br />G.InformationReporting <br />1.The Proposer shall describe the types of information reporting their internet-based treasury <br />management system provides (i.e. cash balances, ACH debits and credits, wiretransfers, <br />reconciliation,positivepaydecisions,stoppayments,accountactivity, etc.). <br />2.The Proposer will provide details regarding how far back data is warehoused, how many business <br />days the data is stored in the reporting system and available for the City to access for the types of <br />data listedabove. <br />3.The Proposer will provide a sample of their daily online reportingformat. <br />Reporting <br />Synovus Gateway offers real-time reporting and data. Up to the minute actionable business <br />insights are provided through comprehensive reporting with balance and transaction reporting <br />detail as well as intraday reporting. Standard reports include Company Entitlements, Company <br />Transactions, and a User Activity Report. Additionally, Previous Day and Current Day reporting <br />options are available as optional service elections. <br />Synovus Gateway is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
