Comments Synovus will waive six (6) months of line-item service charges to allow for a successful conversion from the City's current financial institution. Synovus would like an opportunity to complete a business process review (BPR) to ensure that the City has all needed services and reporting solutions. All additional service price points will be negotiated and agreed upon with Sunny Isles Beach. Fee waiver, implementation waiver and line-item pricing are based on balances and information provided during the RFP process.
