Synovus has existing relationships <br />with multiple vendors to assist the Cityin obtaining a contract for courier service. Armored courier <br />services are contracted between the Cityand the armored courier company. <br />Cash Processing Services- Commercial Cash Pickup and Deposit Processing: <br />Cash deposits are picked up by an armored car service. The cash pickups are regularly scheduled <br />at times agreed upon between the armored car service and the customer. <br />The armored car service transports the cash to a regional processing center for deposit into a <br />Synovus Bank account. <br />Cash only deposits receive next business day credit, for same day credit, the Citywould need to <br />workwith armored courier to ensure delivery by 10 am cutoff. Bulk coin deposits receive credit <br />in 2 business days. <br />On-site smart safes can be utilized to minimize courier runs and expedite cash deposit <br />credit. Currency is fed into a bill accepter on the machine and deposits are electronically <br />transmitted to the bank. Funds in the safe are extracted and couriered to the bank on an agreed- <br />upon frequency, however credit is given even while the deposits reside in the safe. <br />Cash Processing Services - Commercial Change Order Services: <br />Coin and currency in any denomination and quantity are ordered conveniently by internet. <br />The armored car service delivers the coin and currency to the specified location securely and on <br />time. <br />20.Qualifications and Experience ofStaff <br />Proposertoprovideindetailqualificationsandexperienceofthespecificstafftobe assignedtothe <br />City’s account, to demonstrate their ability to effectively perform the services outlined. Managers and <br />other project staff may only be changed with the express prior written permission of the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach.
