The goal of the Citys' Fleet <br />Division is to ensure the fleets safe operation by having an effective preventive maintenance program, <br />including for general repairs, vehicle and equipment repairs, modification, preventive maintenance <br />inspections and/or other work under this contract shall be performed at the contractor's'site. <br />Goodyear has agreed to continue services for the remainder of this fiscal -year in the amount of <br />$30,000.00 and to renew the contract with the City for an addition one-year in the amount $120,000.00 <br />For the total amount not to exceed of $150,000.00. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in various budget accounts. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />First Amendment <br />Item Number: 10.1 <br />174 <br />
