RFP ITB # 24-07-01 - INTRACOASTAL SPORTS COURT COMPLEX <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH 14 <br />Margate Elementary School <br />Building Addition <br />School Board of Broward County <br />Project Experience - Project #1 <br />A new six-classroom PK building of 8,400 SF was <br />constructed to accommodate growing needs. The <br />project also involved the construction of new aluminum- <br />covered walkways and modifications to existing ones. <br />The installation of a new PK playground and elementary <br />play courts provided recreational facilities. The project <br />scope included the installation of new fire, water, and <br />sanitary lines to enhance the infrastructure. Buildings <br />1 and 7 underwent various renovations, including re- <br />roofing with new decking, replacement of exterior non- <br />load bearing walls, doors, and windows, as well as <br />front door and sidelight replacements. Demolition was <br />completed for buildings 2, 3, and 5, with modifications <br />carried out for the NW area of building 2.
