RFP ITB # 24-07-01 - INTRACOASTAL SPORTS COURT COMPLEX <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH 26 <br />Mariela Lobo, Project Executive, will be responsible for overview project planning <br />and general supervision of business activities, coordination with main office management <br />and support groups. Her responsibilities include oversight of project resources and <br />interfacing with the client to ensure that all the requirements are being met. <br />Julio Pinzon, Project Manager, will be responsible for supporting the pre- <br />construction process with design and constructability reviews. Mr. Pinzon will support <br />the pre-construction process and will be responsible for managing the project closeout <br />and investing particular attention to ensuring all procedures and requirements are <br />met according to the FBC (Florida Building Code) and the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />requirement and guidelines. He will manage the project schedules and phasing while <br />considering the various requirements, lead times, and infection control procedures, <br />assisting in quality control and quality assurance reviews all while minimizing <br />the impact on the students and faculty. He will lead the evaluation of the Owner’s <br />requirements during planning and design, establishing initial program budgets and <br />comprehensive, detailed estimates. <br />Harold Bedoya, Superintendent, will ensure all fieldwork advances safely and <br />corresponds to schedule, ensuring material and equipment are delivered to the site <br />at the pre-designated times, and to the designated areas. He will ensure that the <br />activities of the various workers do not interfere with one another, the quality control <br />and quality assurance plan is followed, the site is safe and clean, the project costs <br />are controlled, and the project is constructed within the performance requirements <br />established. He will be responsible for organizing and executing all Pre-Task meetings, <br />as well as administrating all the above-mentioned activities by communicating with all <br />the staff, different suppliers, subcontractors, and trades or craft workers. He will also <br />be responsible for monitoring the project’s progress/schedule. <br />Miguel Guerrero (CGC, LEEP AP), Pre-Construction Manager, leads pre- <br />construction efforts with Satya Nethi, Lead Estimator and the estimating team <br />support. He establishes and implements strategies for school project execution, <br />leading estimating, contract negotiation, cost control, budgeting, and scheduling <br />adjustments throughout the design phases. Guerrero oversees project budgets, <br />resources, revenue forecasting, and profitability, and supports quality assurance <br />and constructability reviews, aided by LEGO’s Estimators for estimating and project <br />scope. <br />Maria Rodriguez, Cost Control Engineer, tracks and projects project costs. Using <br />ProCore and Foundation software, she consolidates committed and uncommitted <br />amounts for each trade to estimate monthly costs to complete. The Indicated <br />Outcome Report (IOR) not only predicts project costs but also provides real-time <br />financial analysis. <br />Rodrigo Quiroga, Safety Manager, ensures a safe and constructive work <br />environment through regular site inspections, guidance, and strict adherence to <br />OSHA and Infection Control regulations. He oversees the implementation of Quality <br />Control, Quality Assurance, and other safety regulations, ensuring compliance with <br />Owner requirements and existing Facility Rules for safe work practices. <br />PX <br />PM <br />SU <br />PC <br />CC <br />SM
