RFP ITB # 24-07-01 - INTRACOASTAL SPORTS COURT COMPLEX <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH 45 <br />Litigation Record <br />Contractor shall provide a summary of any litigation or arbitration that the Contractor, its parent <br />company or its subsidiaries have been engaged in or are currently engaged in, during the past <br />five (5) years against or involving (1) any public entity in Florida for any amount (2) any private <br />entity for an amount greater than $100,000. The summary shall state the nature of the litigation or <br />arbitration, a brief description of the case, the outcome or projected outcome, and the monetary <br />amounts involved. The City may disqualify any Contractor it determines to be excessively litigious. <br />LEGO Construction Co. has maintained a record of zero litigation or arbitration cases since <br />its founding 18 years ago. LEGO Construction Co. has not been involved in any litigation or <br />arbitration during the past five (5) years against or involving any public or private entities. <br />There are no cases to report, reflecting our commitment to resolving issues proactively and <br />maintaining strong, positive relationships with our clients and partners.
