<br /> <br />VILMA RODRIGUEZ <br />PROJECT MANAGER <br />1020 NW 51ST Street, Fort <br />Lauderdale, FL 33309 (954) 486-8404 mboss@mbrconstruction.com <br /> OVERVIEW <br /> <br />Ms. Rodriguez has twenty‐five years’ experience as a project manager 17 of them with MBR <br />Construction, Inc. as a Project manager for numerous recreational, athletic facility projects. As the <br />project manager she is the primary client liaison, during phase 1 Vilma will coordinate the construction <br />documents with the existing site conditions, will coordinate with MBR Construction, Inc. <br />estimating/value engineering team to provide a GMP and cost estimates/value engineering suggestions <br />at various phases of the design process, will be part of the design reviews and during the permitting <br />phase of your project will ensure the process moves without a glitch, carefully reviewing documents <br />before submittal. Ms. Rodriguez is very experienced with the permitting process and agency reviews. <br />Once the Sub‐contracts are issued, she is responsible for managing all the subcontractor’s contracts, the <br />flow of all payments applications and related paperwork from sub‐contractors, sub‐consultants and <br />client, gathering the required documentation for the project and reviews its compliance. <br />During the construction phase, she will be responsible for keeping a file and maintaining the flow of all <br />project records, including as‐builts, construction testing reports, inspection logs, and weekly reports, <br />and ensuring that they are kept up to date by the project superintendent. Vilma is also responsible for <br />schedule controls by maintaining schedules up to date, ensuring timelines of the shop drawings <br />submittal process, keeping all logs and meeting minutes updated, managing the flow of all RFI’s, and <br />correspondence between MBR Construction and client, sub‐contractors and sub‐consultants. <br />During the final stage of the project she will be responsible for putting together a complete close out <br />package that includes all projects operational and maintenance manuals, warranties, Architectural and <br />Civil As‐builts, final survey, final inspection reports, and certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br /> EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />2012 to 2013 <br /> <br /> <br />2007‐2020 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Village of Wellington <br />$3.4 million Boys and Girls Club Building <br /> <br />Broward County Parks & Recreation Division <br />Vilma Rodriguez has managed the Master Agreement Park <br />Improvements and Construction Continuing Contract held by MBR <br />Construction for the past 9 years. <br />$2 million Design Build Sunview and Tree Tops Park Improvements. <br />$7 million Design Build Long Key Nature Center and Maintenance <br />Building (new development) <br />$10 million Design Build District 2 Renovations for Quiet Waters Park, <br />Tradewinds Park, North Broward Park and Deerfield Island <br />$3 million Design Build Miramar Pinelands Natural Area (new <br />development) <br />$7 million Vista View Park Expansion (New development)
