To ensure that we meet our goal of having a minimal punch list that <br />can be quickly turned around without any interference in the move-in process, our <br />Project Manager, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent hold weekly on-site <br />meetings to create a To-Do List of items that need to be addressed prior to the <br />Owner's punch list. This helps us stay ahead of any potential problems and ensures <br />that our clients are left with a finished product that exceeds their expectations. <br />Once the turnover is complete, Vercetti ensures that all warranties, guarantees, <br />training, commissioning, and system maintenance programs are properly <br />transferred and communicated to the client. We're here to help, and we understand <br />that there are lots of moving parts in the transition to taking over the newly <br />constructed space. <br />
