I INTRODUCTION LETTER <br />• <br />West will work closely with the City of Sunny Isles Beach for the required Construction services, <br />based on the 1TB 24-07-01, lntracoastal Sports Park. We understand that the primary work for these <br />services as identified in the Scope of Services is as follows: <br />The City is requesting bids from qualified Contractors ("Bidders," "Proposers ," "Contractors") to construct <br />two lighted tennis courts, an operations building and community park with walking paths and workout <br />stations, and associated landscape and irrigation. The project location is 158th -159th St and Collins <br />Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach , FL 33160. <br />West is committed to contributing meaningful and responsive architecture that has a positive sustainable <br />impact on the environment in which we live, work, shop and play.
