Bond Director <br /> 954.786.7923 <br /> Fernand.Thony@copbfl.com <br />Project Description <br />The intent of this project consist of the renovation of the existing build- <br />ing and the addition of a second floor to the Pompano Ocean Rescue <br />Headquarters located at 50 N Pompano Beach Blvd, Pompano Beach, <br />FL 33062. <br /> <br />The project entails improvements to the interior of the existing First level <br />1920 SF, including but not limited to upgrades to existing bathrooms, <br />locker rooms, offices and storage areas. The first floor addition consist <br />of 898 SF for lobby, general equipment, and vertical circulation. <br /> <br />The second floor addition will be in support of existing Ocean Rescue <br />services. The expansion of 2,460 SF includes a large meeting room, <br />restrooms, and a break room. Also, included shall be the core elements <br />such as stairs, elevator, elevator equipment room and storage rooms. <br /> <br />The site improvements include new sidewalks and new landscaping.
