His diverse project experience includes both public and private sector projects. In <br />addition to his responsibilities for overseeing the firm, Mr. West is responsible for the overall <br />office management, client relations and administrative activities. He is involved in overseeing <br />all projects, utilizing his skills and abilities to ensure the highest level of safety and project <br />supervision. <br /> <br />Angel Olivera - Senior Project Manager <br />60% allocated <br />11 years experience <br />MS in Civil Engineering <br /> <br />As a Senior Project Manager, Mr. Olivera will be responsible for the Project Management on <br />a daily basis in the office and as required in the field. He will supervise the submittal process, <br />scheduling, sub-contractor coordination, attend all meetings, generate the RFI’s and oversee <br />the QA/QC of all trades to ensure the work conforms to contract documents and abides by all <br />applicable codes and regulations. He will also be responsible for the planning, coordinating, <br />controlling, monitoring and closing out of projects. He possesses strong training and experi- <br />ence in safety review, quality control and contract administration. <br /> <br />Mr. Olivera has been a project manager for West and now is the Senior Project Manager. <br />Mr. Olivera has been involved with many of the Park projects that West has constructed over <br />the years, as well as several other similar municipal buildings. <br /> <br />Kurt King - On-Site Superintendent <br />100% allocated <br />29 years experience <br /> <br />Mr. King will be responsible for managing the day-to-day field work including but not limited <br />to, subcontractor quality and adherence to the plans and specifications, coordinating all <br />inspections as well as preparing daily log reports and two and four week look ahead <br />schedules. <br /> <br />Mr. King has constructed many Community Center and Park projects while with West. <br />Mr. King has completed several other municipal projects while working with West ranging in <br />contract value from $2 Million to $10.5 Million ($5-$20 Million on an adjusted basis). <br /> <br />Angel Olivera will be the assigned Project Manager and the City’s Main Point of Contact <br />throughout the term of this Contract. <br /> <br />Please see attached resumes for the West Project Team.
