A blanket order generally <br />includes established prices, terms, and conditions for a defined period of time, although without <br />specifying quantities. Shipments are to be made when and as required by the purchaser (Just -in -Time <br />Shipping), which, in most cases, is the end user department (Public Works, CCS, Building, Information <br />Technology etc.). <br />The City shall utilize the Omnia Partners Contract No. 16154 which expires 12/31/2026 to purchase <br />maintenance, repair, industrial and other operating supplies from Home Depot, in an amount not to <br />exceed $170,000.00, in accordance with Section 62-13(c) of the City Code. OMNIA Partners is the <br />largest and most trusted cooperative purchasing organization for public sector procurement. As a <br />member of Omnia, the City is able to participate and utilize competitively solicited contracts to obtain <br />the best goods/services and pricing available in the market. <br />Some of the purchases made by City departments include, but are not limited to, paint supplies, lumber, <br />pressure washer equipment, screws, hooks, minor tools and equipment, blower, batteries, Bus Shelter <br />Item Number: 10.1) <br />108 <br />
