The restrooms at Town Center Park were identified as the most used <br />and in the worst condition. To move this directive forward, the City of Sunny Isles Beach requires the <br />services of Rodriguez Architects to perform architectural design services for the new restroom building <br />at Town Center Park. Consultant has agreed to provide these services in an amount not to exceed <br />$51,250.00. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Resolution No. 2021-3177 as approved on February 18, 2021, provided for the approval of Rodriguez <br />Architects as one of four architectural firms to enter into a Continuing Services Agreement on an as <br />needed basis. As this is a small project, the city utilized the Continuing Services Agreement for this <br />project as provided for in our procurement policy. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 300-6-5720-465000-75004. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Project Agreement <br />Item Number: 9.E <br />79 <br />
