Contractor agrees that a violation of this condition <br />shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the purchase order at the CCOG <br />member’s discretion. Contractor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance to this term. <br />If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. <br />Offshore Performance of Work Prohibited <br />Due to security and identity protection concerns, direct services under this contract shall be performed within <br />the borders of the United States. <br /> <br />Terrorism Country Divestments: In accordance with A.R.S. 35-392, CCOG and CCOG members are prohibited <br />from purchasing from a company that is in violation of the Export Administration Act.
