To the extent of any discrepancy between the original RFP and this Addendum, this <br />Addendum shall prevail. <br />This Addendum #3 is hereby issued to make the following changes: <br />1.The deadline for proposal submission will be extended to March 23, 2023, at 3 PM Eastern. <br />2.The public opening of proposals will be held at the same time as the deadline for proposal submission. <br />Meeting information, including the registration link to the public opening event has been updated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br />
