SHERIFF shall not be liable to CONTRACTOR for damages of any sort, including without limitation, incidental or consequential damages or interest, for the wrongful retention of sums due CONTRACTOR, so long as the decision of the Contract Administrator to retain such funds was made in goodfaith. ARTICLE 8 INSURANCE 8.1Throughout the term of this Agreement and for all applicable statutes of limitations periods, CONTRACTOR shall maintain in full force and effect the insurance coverages set forth in this Article. PLEASE NOTE: Management and if so willbe incorporated into the terms and conditions of the Agreement and project quotation. The provisions of this Article shall survive the expiration or termination of thisAgreement 8.2All insurance policies shall be issued by companies that (a) are authorizedto transact business in theState ofFlorida,(b)haveagentsuponwhomserviceofprocessmaybemadeinBrowardCounty, -VI or better. 8.3All insurance policies shall name the following as additional insureds: theBroward Office, BSO, the Sheriff, Broward County, the Board of Commissioners of Broward County and their officers, employees, agents and commission members with a CG026 Additional Insured 80370312:!22;67!BNq/!97
