The SHERIFF, <br />in his sole discretion, may terminate the Agreement immediately and no further payments shall be due <br />toCONTRACTOR. <br />8.10CONTRACTOR shall carry the following minimum types of insurance and submit insurance <br />information with the proposal including aggregatelimits: <br />8.10.1is to apply to all employees in <br />compliance with the "Workers' Compensation Law" of the State of Florida for statutory <br />obligations imposed by Workers Compensation or Occupational Disease Laws, including <br />where applicable, the United States and Harbor Workers Act, the Federal <br />Employers Liability Act and the Jones Act which includes Liability insurance and <br />all applicable federal laws. In addition, the policy(ies) must include Employer's Liability with <br />the following minimum limits: <br />Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) <br />Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) <br />Policy(ies) must be endorsed with waiver of subrogation against SHERIFF and Broward <br />County. <br />8.10.2.COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY:Commercial General Liability Insurance with <br />minimum limits of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence combined <br />single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability. Coverage must be <br />afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the Commercial General <br />Liability Policy, without restrictive endorsements as filed by the Insurance Services Office and <br />must include: <br />8.10.2.1Premises and/orOperations; <br />8.10.2.2Products and/or Completed Operations Extension providing that loss occurring or <br />discovered within Three (3) years after date of Final Acceptance of the Project by <br />SHERIFF shall be deemed to be an occurrence within the policyperiod; <br />8.10.2.3IndependentContractors; <br />8.10.2.4Broad Form PropertyDamage; <br />8.10.2.5Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Agreement, including <br />any hold harmless and/or indemnification Agreement;and <br />8.10.2.6Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed with <br />minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br />Property DamageLiability. <br />80370312:!22;67!BNq/!99 <br /> <br />
