Neely, Finance Director <br />DATE: October 22, 2024 <br />RE: Approval of a Third Amendment with UKG Kronos Systems, Inc. for <br />Scheduling Software <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />The order form includes the contract renewal from November 27, 2024 - November 26, 2025, in <br />addition to the migration fee. <br />The Police Department has been using UKG's (formerly Kronos) Telestaff scheduling software since <br />2019. They are satisfied with its capabilities and wish to exercise a 3rd renewal option. <br />This is a cloud -based software that was originally procured by piggybacking Cobb County, GA contract <br />#18220 through the Omnia Partners purchasing cooperative. <br />The 3rd amendment contract amount includes the following: <br />Telestaff software: $748 monthly x 12 = $8,976 <br />10% contingency: $898 (rounded up) <br />Migration fee: $2,500 <br />Total NTE - $12,374.00 <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Item Number: 9.M <br />242 <br />
