The Company will attempt to keep all such expressions of concern, their investigation, and the <br />terms of their resolution confidential, recognizing, however, that in the course of investigating <br />and resolving the concerns some dissemination of information to others may be appropriate. <br />Further, no employee will be discriminated or retaliated against, or in any way penalized, for <br />using these procedures. <br />Again, please bring your complaints and concerns to our attention so that we can resolve them. <br />Please do not assume that the Company is aware of your concerns or problems. We cannot <br />receptive to your concerns. We are always looking for ways to make this a better place to work. <br />The Company believes that prompt and effective use of this complaint procedure will help <br />maintain a pleasant work environment for all. <br />21. LACTATION POLICY <br />Employer complies with all federal and state laws and regulations concerning breast-feeding <br />and nursing mothers and provides assistance for nursing mothers who want to express and store <br />breast milk at workplaces during business hours. This policy addresses different forms of lactation <br />assistance that Employer provides for nursing mothers. <br />21.1Break Time for Lactation Purposes <br />(a)Employees who are nursing mothers can take reasonable break periods during the <br />workday to express breast milk for their children. Such nursing mothers can take breaks <br />each time they need to express milk beginning from the date of the nursing child's birth <br />and for up to one year. <br />(b)Employees who are nursing mothers can use their meal and paid break times for <br />lactation purposes. Break times that are used for lactation purposes beyond Employers <br />provided break times are unpaid. For more information about meal and break periods, <br />see Employer 's meal and break period policy. <br />(c)Employees who are nursing mothers should discuss their need for extra break periods <br />to express breast milk withhuman resources representatives. <br />For additional information please contact Human Resources. <br /> <br />
