Summary Minutes: Special City Commission Meeting September 11, 2014 <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br />counted the ballots with the machine three times and came up that he won by one vote. His <br />friend incumbent City Commissioner Irving Turetsky wanted to recount all the ballots and it <br />ended up that Gerry won by 5 or 6 votes. It has been his pleasure to serve the people here in <br />Sunny Isles Beach. He said he was glad they are fixing 174`h Street because it took him a <br />couple of years to convince the Commission to do that, and so he wanted to thank the <br />Commission. <br />Mayor Edelcup asked everyone to sing Happy Birthday to Gerry Goodman, and he invited <br />everyone to the First Floor Meeting Room for a Birthday Cake. <br />4. ADJOURNMENT <br />Commissioner Scholl moved and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to adjourn the <br />_meeting.
