V <br />Andrew Richards <br />VP of Development and Construction <br />18555 Developers, LLC <br />18555 Collins Avenue <br />Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />10/7/2014 <br />To whom it may concern: <br />k <br />OCT - 7 2014 <br />PLANNING & ZONING DEPT. <br />We hereby submit a letter of intent to request approval of installing a temporary 8' high wooden <br />fence to remain in place for the duration of construction on the Porsche Design Tower located at <br />18555 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach Florida. The proposed fence will be set 1' off of the <br />sidewalk as shown in the attached layout to avoid conflicts with the existing fire hydrant and <br />utility pole. We are also seeking your approval to use the attached graphical design to be <br />displayed on the sidewalk side of the fence.
