Cin, ClerA <br />RE: Termination of Declaration of Restrictions for Property located at 15701 <br />Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. <br />RECOMNIENDATION <br />This Resolution is presented for your consideration. <br />REASONS <br />The owner of the property located at 15701 Collins Avenue is seeking to develop the property, <br />which is currently a vacant site. In order to proceed with the development, the owner is seeking <br />the termination of an existing Declaration of Restrictions relating to the Mansiana Project. <br />
