Russo, City Manager <br />FROM: Bill Evans, Public Works Director <br />DATE: 10/16/2014 <br />RE: <br />Approve a 2nd Amendment to the Agreement with John Churchill <br />for Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services to Provide Heating and <br />Air Conditioning Services to City -Owned Buses <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff is recommending the City Commission approve the attached resolution to <br />renew the agreement with John Churchill for Fleet Maintenance and Repair <br />Services to Provide Heating and Air Conditioning Services to City -Owned Buses. <br />REASONS: <br />On July 19, 2012 via Resolution No. 2012 -1936, the City Commission approved <br />an Agreement with John Churchill for Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services to <br />provide heating and air conditioning services to City owned buses in an amount <br />not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) annually. <br />On November 21, 2013 via Resolution No. 2013 -2158, the City Commission <br />approved a First Amendment to the Agreement for Fleet Maintenance and <br />Repair Services to provide heating and air conditioning services to City owned <br />buses with the same fees in an amount not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars <br />($30,000.00) annually. <br />Staff again would like to exercise our option to renew services with John <br />Churchill for fleet maintenance and repair services to provide heating and air <br />conditioning services to our City -owned buses in an amount again not to exceed <br />Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) annually. <br />
