REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES & ALLOWANCES: <br />1. 10% Design Contingency <br />$ 16,447 <br />architects <br />NOTE: Additional reimbursable expenses other than those stated above are subject to prior written notice <br />of approval by the City. <br />EXCLUSIONS: <br />1. Zoning submittals or interface <br />2. Coordination with Owner for Art in Public Places. <br />3. Permit fees, permit submittal or expediting of permit <br />4. Off-site utilities or Off-site utility upgrades <br />5. MOT (by Contractor) <br />6. LEED, FGBC, or other Sustainable Building Certifications <br />7. Public Address (PA) system Design <br />8. Special Lighting Design <br />9.
