Pursuantto the City's procurement code provisions, Section 62-13(F), purchases of <br />supplies, equipment, or services made from a sole source, are exempt from the City's bidding <br />procedures; and the City Manager and the City's purchasing agent have determined, after conducting a <br />good faith review of available sources, that there is only one source for the required services capable of <br />fulfilling the needs of the City. The City's purchasing agent has conducted negotiations, as to price and <br />terms, with Contractor. <br />The City wishes to contract with Johnson Controls, Inc to provide the desired services for an amount of <br />$33,248.00 for the initial 3 years, plus contingency $20,752.00 with an amount not to exceed <br />$54,000.00. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Item Number: 9.F <br />275 <br />
