CANCELLATION <br />Sourcewell or Supplier may cancel this Contract at any time, with or without cause, upon 60 <br />days' written notice to the other party. However, Sourcewell may cancel this Contract <br />immediately upon discovery of a material defect in any certification made in Supplier's <br />Proposal.
