1984 JAN S�P{{ {1 51 8 4 8 0 2 9 ;`)9 <br />RESOLUTION No. 8401 orr <br />K., 2039 PG2365 <br />Water Court Villa & Pergola <br />334 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic Island <br />Metro -Dade Historic Preservation Board <br />Whereas, the Water Court Villa and Pergola, built ca.. 1927, is a fine example of the <br />homes envisioned by Harvey B. Graves (1920s) and Kurtis R. Froedtert (1930s), developers <br />of Atlantic Island, and <br />Whereas, the Water Court Villa and Pergola is architecturally significant for its <br />Mediterranean style, and <br />Whereas, the preservation of historic buildings is in the best interest of Dade <br />County and its citizens, and <br />Whereas, the Water Court Villa and Pergola is located on Atlantic Island, Plat Book <br />34, p. 17.
