Graves (1920s) and Kurtis R. Froedtert (1930s), developers <br />of Atlantic Island, and <br />Whereas, the Water Court Villa and Pergola is architecturally significant for its <br />Mediterranean style, and <br />Whereas, the preservation of historic buildings is in the best interest of Dade <br />County and its citizens, and <br />Whereas, the Water Court Villa and Pergola is located on Atlantic Island, Plat Book <br />34, p. 17.
