This project will expand coverage of <br />critical areas with new cameras and implement an artificial intelligence server for use with our current <br />camera system. This Al server will enable the cameras to visually detect the presence of firearms, if they <br />are observed on camera view. If they are observed, an alert will be sent directly to the Police <br />Communications Center Hiperwall. This will allow our Communications Officers to get a visual on the <br />event and dispatch police officers immediately. Additionally, the Al server has the ability to recognize <br />faces. This will allow the police department to "flag" certain people who may no longer have the <br />privilege of visiting Gateway Park, and their mere presence may be a crime. The agreement has a not to <br />exceed cost of $175,000.00 which includes a contingency of $13,509.26 which is the remaining <br />budgeted amount. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in Account No. 001-3-5210-XXXXXX-XXXXX. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 9.F <br />all] <br />
