�' UNITED STATES <br />POSTAL SERVICE. <br />Facility Name/Location <br />Addendum <br />Sunny Isles Beach Finance (115902-001) County: Dade <br />18070 COLLINS AVE, SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL 33160-2723 Lease: Q90000541565 <br />1.) The Lease at Paragraph 4. Renewal Options, as it relates to the First Renewal Option, is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />EFFECTIVE DATE EXPIRATION DATE PER ANNUM RENTAL <br />Renewal #1 4/1/2025 3/31/2030 $65,400 <br />The parties agree that notwithstanding any notice requirements to the contrary, for the purposes of <br />exercising the First Renewal Option, the Postal Service's execution of this Lease Amendment shall be <br />a legally sufficient exercise of the First Renewal Option. <br />2.) With respect to the First Renewal Option term, commencing 4/1/2025 and expiring 3/31/2030 as described <br />in the Lease at Paragraph 4, and the Renewal Option Rider (Market Value), the parties agree as follows: <br />The parties agree to waive all notice and appraisal requirements set forth in the Lease with respect to the <br />Postal Service's exercise of the First Renewal Option. In lieu of the process set forth in Renewal <br />Option Rider (Market Value) to the Lease, the parties agree to negotiate the annual rental rate for <br />the First Renewal Option in good faith, and to document their agreement by the execution of an Amendment <br />(001) to the Lease setting forth the agreed-upon annual rental amount <br />3.) The parties agree that if the signature(s) of either Landlord or the Postal Service on this Lease <br />or any amendments, addendums, assignments, or other records associated with this Lease is not an original <br />but is an electronic signature, scanned signature or a digitally encrypted signature, then such electronic <br />signature, scanned signature or digitally encrypted signature shall be as enforceable, valid and binding <br />as, and the legal equivalent to, an authentic original wet signature penned manually by its signatory. <br />Signatures required under this Lease, or any amendments, addendums, assignments, or other records associated <br />therewith, may be transmitted by email or by fax and, once received by the party to whom such signatures were <br />transmitted, shall be binding on the party transmitting its signatures as though they were an original <br />signature of such party. <br />February 2004 548 <br />2 <br />
