video inspection or other assessment method as recommended by Proposer <br />(subject to City approval). <br />• Contractor shall organize findings into a report to the City with a prioritized <br />list of infrastructure in need of repair; and Proposer recommendations for <br />repair or rehabilitation. <br />3.6.3. NPDES MS4 Compliance <br />• Contractor shall assist the City in meeting applicable permitting requirements <br />and deadlines, implementing tasks and recommendations and maintaining <br />compliance in accordance with National Pollutant Discharge Eliminations <br />System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) applications <br />and permits. <br />• Contractor shall be responsible for supplying information for City to complete <br />Annual NPDES MS4 Reports during the term of their Contract. <br />3.6.4. General Requirements <br />• Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, County and City <br />regulations. <br />• The successful Proposer will be required to meet with and communicate <br />regularly with City staff to keep them informed of progress and any problems <br />encountered. <br />• The Contractor will be required to prepare monthly reports, as requested by <br />the City for the duration of work. <br />• Structure dimensions vary, as doesthe distance between the structures. Prior <br />to submission of the bid, Bidder is responsible for field inspections, field <br />review and becoming familiar with any and all site conditions that might <br />otherwise hinder the Proposer's ability to perform said services and include <br />all necessary accommodations and resolution as part of the proposal. <br />• The Contractor shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all MOT <br />requirements are met and permits maintained for the duration of work. All <br />associated costs shall be deemed incidental to the project. <br />• The Contractor shall be responsible for water supply <br />3.7 PROJECT IDENTIFICATION <br />No signs or advertisement will be allowed to be displayed at the work site. <br />3.8 CLASS V PERMIT DIVISION OF ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (DERM) <br />In accordance with the new Miami -Dade County -wide policy requiring a Class V permit <br />for dewatering operations associated with cleaning and maintaining stormwater <br />infrastructure and flood protection. This policy aims to protect water quality and ensure <br />compliance with the County Code requirements. <br />
