NPDES MS4 Compliance • Contractor shall assist the City in meeting applicable permitting requirements and deadlines, implementing tasks and recommendations and maintaining compliance in accordance with National Pollutant Discharge Eliminations System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) applications and permits. • Contractor shall be responsible for supplying information for City to complete Annual NPDES MS4 Reports during the term of their Contract. 3.6.4. General Requirements • Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, County and City regulations. • The successful Proposer will be required to meet with and communicate regularly with City staff to keep them informed of progress and any problems encountered. • The Contractor will be required to prepare monthly reports, as requested by the City for the duration of work. • Structure dimensions vary, as doesthe distance between the structures.
