Instruction to pay Online Class V Dewatering Permit Application Fee <br />1. Complete the below form and submit it to the Water Control Section via email at <br />DERMwatercontrol@miamidade.gov <br />2. The Water Control Section staff will request the RER DERM Cashier Section to create the link for payment. <br />3. The Cashier Section will send the link to the email in the form below. <br />4. The customer must click on the link provided by the Cashier Section and complete the payment online. <br />5.
