<br />26 <br /> RFP 24-12-01 CITYWIDE ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />18070 Collins Ave. | Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />305.792.1707 | sibfl.net | Purchasing@sibfl.net <br />Section 4 <br /> Evaluation Process <br /> <br />4.1 Review of Proposals For Responsiveness <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the <br />submission requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which <br />follows the requirements of this solicitation: that includes all documentation, submitted <br />in the format outlined in this solicitation, of timely submission, and has the appropriate <br />signatures as required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may <br />result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. <br /> <br />4.2 Qualifications Criteria <br /> <br />The recommendation(s) for award shall be made to the City Commission, by the City <br />Manager, to the responsible responsive Proposer(s) whose proposal is highest rated by <br />the Evaluation Committee. <br /> <br />ITEM <br /># <br />EVALUATION CRITERIA <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRs) – this criterion has no points. If <br />your Firm does not provide all the required MQRs information, your Firm’s proposal <br />will not be reviewed/evaluated, and your Firm’s submission will be disqualified. <br />MAXIMUM <br />POTENTIAL <br />POINTS <br />1. FIRM QUALIFICATIONS: <br />• Experience with elevator maintenance, specifically Miami-Dade County <br />standards. <br />• Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key <br />personnel of subcontractors that will be assigned to this project and <br />experience and qualifications of subcontractors. <br />• Include a copy of any and all professional licenses and certifications as <br />required to perform the services described herein and of the professional <br />licenses for each team member. <br />• Service personnel shall be trained and certified in accordance with all <br />applicable codes/regulations, as well as supervision, scheduling, equipment <br />and materials necessary to satisfactorily provide maintenance services for <br />all elevators. <br />• Any Unique qualifications. <br />• # of staff assigned to the contract <br />30 <br />2. PROJECT APPROACH: <br />• Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in <br />this solicitation. <br />• Provide list and inventory approach of any tools, materials, supplies and <br />equipment required to perform services. <br />• Explain compliance with safety standards. <br />• Submit any additional information that would assist the City in the <br />evaluation on your proposal. <br />30
