Section includes suspended acoustical board ceilings and suspension system trim. <br /> <br />1.2 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Product Data: Cut sheets, catalog information, technical data, charts and installation <br />instructions. <br /> <br />B. Samples: Acoustic boards, grid components, accessories. <br /> <br />C. Shop Drawings: <br />1. Show layout of all acoustic ceilings. Accurately locate grid members, fixtures, <br />grilles, fire protection devices, and all penetrations pension system trim. <br /> <br />2. Show typical details for all connections to abutting construction. <br /> <br />3. Identify each material and product, including suspension components. <br /> <br />4. Reproduced Contract Drawings are not acceptable for shop drawing submittal. <br /> <br />B. Certificates: Submit certificates from manufacturers of acoustical ceiling units and <br />suspension systems attesting their products comply with specification requirements. <br /> <br />C. LEED Submittals: <br /> <br />1. Product Data for Credit MR 4.1: For products having recycled content, <br />documentation indicating percentages by weight of postconsumer and pre - <br />consumer recycled content. <br /> <br />a. Include statement indicating costs for each product having recycled content. <br /> <br />2. Product Data for Credit EQ 4.1: For sealants, including printed statement of VOC <br />content. <br /> <br />1.2 GENERAL <br /> <br />A. Recycled Content: Provide acoustical panels with recycled content such that <br />postconsumer recycled content plus one-half of pre-consumer recycled content <br />constitutes a minimum of 20 percent by weight. <br /> <br /> <br />1.3 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> <br />A. Requirements of regulatory agencies: <br /> <br />1. In addition to complying with other legal requirements, comply with: <br />a. UL: Listing and labeling for all fire-rated assemblies.
