Can a revised plan be issued showing coordinated <br />utility and foundation layouts to avoid conflicts? Are there required clearances <br />between utilities and deep foundation elements that must be maintained? Will <br />utility relocations or protective encasements be needed where crossings occur? <br />Gas and electrical are shown as diagramatic routes, gas line final coordination <br />shall be as per gas company requirements. It is unclear whether all footings follow <br />the same depth or if variations exist.
