A valid Business Certificate of Competency for Master Electrical Sign <br />❑ <br />Contractor issued by Miami -Dade County; or <br />d. A valid Business Certificate of Competency for Master Electrical Contractor <br />❑ <br />issued by Miami -Dade County. <br />e.
