The <br />direction was the signs should be distinctive, serve as landmarks and unifying focal points in line with <br />our city's brand and feel. <br />We utilized an artist to design the artistic renderings which were approved at the April 2024 <br />Commission Workshop. Next step was to procure the contractor to use the artistic renderings to create <br />architectural drawings required for the permitting process, manufacture and install the final products. <br />Locations and quantities include: <br />William Lehman Causeway Monument -QTY 1 <br />Government Center Monument - QTY 1 <br />Median Welcome Monuments (N&S Collins Ave.) - QTY 2 <br />Sunny Isles Blvd Sign - QTY 1 <br />Item Number: 9.1-1 <br />172 <br />
