ENROLLED <br />2025 Legislature <br />SB 2-C <br />20252Cer <br />204 visitors of invalid licenses, shall maintain on its website a <br />205 list of out-of-state classes of driver licenses that are invalid <br />206 in this state. <br />207 Section 6. Paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section <br />208 322.08, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: <br />209 322.08 Application for license; requirements for license <br />210 and identification card forms. - <br />211 (2) Each such application shall include the following <br />212 information regarding the applicant: <br />213 (c) Proof of identity satisfactory to the department. Such <br />214 proof must include one of the following documents issued to the <br />215 applicant: <br />216 1. A driver license record or identification card record <br />217 from another jurisdiction which complies with the REAL ID Act of <br />218 2005, Public Law No. 109-13, and which that required the <br />219 applicant to submit a document for identification which is <br />220 substantially similar to a document required under subparagraph <br />221 2., subparagraph 3., subparagraph 4., subparagraph 5., <br />222 subparagraph 6., subparagraph 7., or subparagraph 8.; <br />223 2. A certified copy of a United States birth certificate; <br />224 3. A valid, unexpired United States passport or passport <br />225 card; <br />226 4. A naturalization certificate issued by the United States <br />227 Department of Homeland Security; <br />228 5. A valid, unexpired alien registration receipt card <br />229 (green card); <br />230 6. A Consular Report of Birth Abroad provided by the United <br />231 States Department of State; <br />232 7.
